No Sugar chocolate cupcake

After travelling for 17 to 18 days i am back to my base, so thought of making sinful chocolate cupcake, I reached on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday morning thought of making cup cakes.

Ingredients Required:

  • 3/4 th Cup APF 
  • 1/2 cup salted butter at room temperature  
  • 1/4 th cup sugar substitute 
  • 2 eggs at room temperature 
  • 75 to 80 gms of Sugar free chocolate chunks 
  • 1/4 th tsp of baking soda
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
  • 1/4 th cup Hershey cocoa powder 
  • 1/4th cup milk at room temperature or +_ 2tsp 
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence (I prefer bush brand)


Procedure:
Mix all the dry ingredients all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and powder and keep it aside, strain it to remove any lumps.

In a pan take the butter and sugarfree and mix it well till it has creamy texture and then break one egg and beat it with hand beater and then add another egg and beat it well, add vanilla essence mix it, then mix all the dry ingredients , add milk accordingly till you get the cupcake mix consistency, you will get it with time and then add the chocolate chunks and then just mix it.

Pre heat the airfryer at 180*c for 10 mins and then in the greased muffin pan, add the batter till 3/4 th level and bake it for 14 to 16 mins at 180*c , let it cool for 10 to 15 mins and then put them in cooling pan and when it reaches room temp, please wrap in cling film to retain the moisture of the cup cakes.
