Sam's Manglore Masala blend Chicken Curry
Yesterday I returned to my base camp Gurgaon after attending my high school friend Dinesh Yadav wedding in Luck now, I traced Dinesh after 14 years in 2006 and now was happy to attend my good buddy wedding. Today after rest thought of trying something different so thought of preparing chicken curry in Manglorian way. For this Chicken curry for 2 people.
5-6 pieces of chicken leg and breast pieces should be mixed in one tea spoon of both turmeric powder and salt and kept aside for 30 minutes.
In a separate pan roast around 50 gms of coriander and then grind with 2-3 pieces of cinnamon, 4-5 pieces of black pepper, 2-3 clove buds and then grind it in mixie
Separately finely chop 2 medium size white onions, 1 teaspoon each of ginger and garlic paste.
Separate pan add 2 table spoon of refined oil here I have substituted it with mustard oil and then add finely chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste, fry it till it turns pink in colour, then add freshly grinded masala and 2-3 green chillies according to your taste then stir it for some 2-3 mins and add coconut milk (maggi dry coconut powder One and half teaspoon)
Later add tomato puree (1 and half table spoon) and then add the chicken pieces and then keep it in sim for 10 -15 mins.
