Mathri (Swali)- Indian Morning tea snack.......

Some years back during my first job stint in Aurangabad I made friendship with Shweta Kagliwal (from Jalna), she made me try many Marwari (Rajasthan) instant foods and snacks and one which I liked the lost was Swali (Wheat base Mathri), for this take half kilo of Atta and then mix 300 ml of refined oil, seism seeds (20mg), ajwain (5mg) and salt according to taste and then mix the Atta with oil and then add water to make dough and then make Atta balls and then press them with hand and then deep fry them.....these swali's you can have as morning and evening snacks and they can be prepared in 20 mins .......I am thankful to Shweta for this recipe.
