Sam chow Chicken Starter- Fusion
Yesterday got another Shula wine bottle from my group treat a white wine bottle for my collection (Indian version), with white wine I like eating chicken kebabs which can be either Reshmi or Shammi kababs, but I try preparing Chicken breast pieces marinated in red wine or balsamic vinegar. Some years back while I went for lunch at my friend Megha's place I saw her using "Cole vita red wine vinegar as one of the ingredient for vegetable salad" so I decided to use Cola vita vinegar in another form
•Take 2-3 fresh Chicken breast pieces cut them in uniform form
•Add 2-3 tea spoons of Corn flour/Maida/bread crums and mix with 7-8 ml of Cole vita red wine/balsamic vinegar
•Add freshly crushed pepper and salt according to taste
•Keep it aside for 20 mins to marinate
•Take a non stick kadhai or wock and add 5ml of virgin olive oil, cut aside some spring onion and one bud of garlic
•After the oil has heated then deep fry the chicken pieces and keep them aside
•Then subsequently fry the spring onion and garlic in the oil and garnish together with the chicken pieces
Serve the starter with Red wine/white wine or my favorite Cosmopolitan (Vodka with cranberry and dash of lemon juice)
