Instant chicken Kofta- Cooking time 10 min
Sometime after coming from office I don't feel like cooking much
but if there are some friends coming suddenly for dinner, I love preparing
chicken kofta curry; it’s a very quick curry
In the freezer I always keep Mitazaa chicken kofta balls , you
will be able to find it in every corner of India as I am able to get it both in
Gurgaon and Bangalore....defrost it in microwave
Take a pan and add 3 teas spoon of vegetable oil and stir fry 150
gms of chicken kofta. Set them aside.
Take one big onion and cut it into pieces, stir fry it, then add 2
tea spoons of ginger garlic paste, one tea spoon each of garam
masala, coriander powder, half teaspoon of turmeric and red chilli powder.
After mixing the paste, add one big tomato, cut into pieces and
then put the kofta's and then add salt according to taste and water as per the
thickness of gravy required at your end.

Best served;
With Kori roti(From any Mangalore store)/Phulka (Can purchase from
any dhaba) , put the hot gravy over kori roti and serve it with Shol
curry in place of kori roti , Phulka and buttermilk
