Choco Cream Cheese Cake -Stevia as Sugar Substitute

I love making different types of Cheese cake for us diabetics.....i am a borderline diabetics so stopped eating sugar products for past one year and believe in the concept of split meals .....

My friend had recommended Stevia some 3 years back and its a natural sugar substitute, i love using it in my normal day today life.

For the cheese cake ingredients used 

  • Britannia cheese cake - 200gms packet
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gms stevia
  • Whip cream - 60 ml 
  • Amul tazaa cream - 20 ml 
  • unsweetened cocoa- 40 gms 
  • Vanila essence 
  • Sugarfree biscuits (Home made)3-4 pieces (medium size)
  • Unsalted Butter (20 gms)


For the Base
In a pan first melt the unsalted butter then add 15 gms of unsweetened cocoa, add 2 teaspoons of stevia powder and then add crushed sugarfree biscuits. Mis them well and then put it at the base of baking pan 

For cream cheese:
Take 200 gms cheese cake, add whip cream, amul tazaa cream and then add full 2 eggs and blend well. then put melted unsweetened cocoa, vanilla essence and rest stevia. Blend well and pour it over the base

Baking:
Pre heat the OTG at 175*c and bake for 50 mins, then refrigerate it for 2 hours. 

Best Recommendation: Try with Philadelphia cream cheese
