Sugar free Besan Atta ladoo

Its festival time and  I like trying new things, so this weekend when "r"went out with friends tried chakli and sugar free besan atta ladoo.

Ingredients Required:

1/3 Cup and two teaspoon Desi ghee
1 cup Atta (Chakki fresh- sehur) or you can use packed form
1 cup Mota besan
1/3 cup and 3 teaspoon sugar substitute (powder form)
1 tea spoon cardamom powder

Take a pan, add desi ghee as mentioned above, put gas in medium to low flame and then add both atta and besan, stir continuously for 9 to 10 min till mixture turns brown.

In the second step, allow the mixture to cool and then add cardamom powder and then powdered sugar substitute and make ladoo's.

Note: The mixture needs to be cooled down completely before adding sugar substitute as it might taste differently if put in hot mixture of besan and atta
