Besan Dahi Ballein (Bengal gram powder balls in curd Base).............................

In this long weekend thought of cooking something different, yesterday had been to my childhood friend Urooj place in Jamia and then as usual her mother had prepared so many good foodies and there was also this Besan Dahi Ballein.........


For this first take besan 2-3 table spoon and add little of red chilli powder, pinch of baking soda and salt according to taste and then deep fry besan paste balls, in a separate bowl take curd required 2-3 table spoon, 2-3 ml milk, add sufficient salt and blend it. After making the besan dahim bhallein put them into curd base. Later for thadka in thadka pan take 2 teaspoon of oil and add little of cumin seeds, 2 garlic buds and little of asefoetida and then put in over besan bhallein mixed in curd......
