Ruhu fish- caviar

Ruhu fish caviar is one of the favorites, every time in summer vacation whenever I used to travel down to Kolkata, I would specially visit my father's brothers place, where in the fresh caviar is been collected from the market and then washed twice with water (Luke warm).

Cavier from 2 Kgs fish cut medium size onion into small pieces and then 2 green chilly in circular shape and then add turmeric (1 tea spoon) and salt according to taste and mix it

Take a fry pan and add two table spoon of mustard oil (Bengali's prefer using mustard oil but you can try with refined oil or olive oil), deep fry the cavier balls and then serve with tangy maggi tomato sauce or serve with little onions, cucumber.

For Bengalis: we serve it with hot rice and chilly with little mustard oil added to white rice, this is the way I used to eat and still love eating :)
