healthy ladoos
Now a day I have inclination towards making anything with oats. so today tried making the following for republic day break as I am travelling
Ingredients:
1 cup oats (grinded to fine powder)
1cup whole wheat atta (Sihor atta)
1cup besan
I cup almonds
1/3 cup gondh (Edible gum)
1//2 cup Ghee and 3 tbsp (Desi ghee as required)
1/4 powdered sugarfree
cardamom powder (As per your need)
In a pan heat 2 tbs ghee and let it melt , put edible gum let it sputter and then take out, then shallow fry the almond, grind gum and then grind dry fruit.
In the same pan add 1/2 cup of ghee, let it melt, add oats, whole wheat atta and besan mix it and then add the grinded almond powder and guar gum. Mix it well and let it roast till the whole mixture turns brown. Let it cool and then add cardamom powder and powdered sugar and make ladoos.
PS: Always cook the mixture at medium to low heat
