Overnight oats - Diabetic friendly

Now a days I have started using lot of oats in diet, rather then just using them for my south indian preparations, I am using them in my sweet dishes too.....as I read some where that they are slow energy releasing foods. I have made my diabetic friendly granola bars (Chocholate) for my husband as small bytes during working hours.

The recipe for Overnight oats

1. 200ml soyamilk  soyafit tetra pack (No sugar)
2. 4-5 Tbsp Rolled oats (I love picking them from Dorabjee)
3. Chia seeds
4. 1-2 Omani dates (No sugar syrup added)
5. 1/2 Medium size apple
6. 1 strawberry
7. 1/2 tsp sugar free
8. 1/4 tsp sugarfree

Take a mason jar add soyamilk, firstly mix the sugarfree with milk and vanilla essence,  then add 4 Tbs of rolled oats and 2tbs pf chia seeds, cut and deseeded Omani dates, cut as thinly slices of apple and strawberry and add. Keep it overnight.

Note: I used soyamilk, you can substitute it with double toned milk and you can also add cinnamon powder too but quantity should be made around 150ml max and it should be taken as a meal

People make it with coconut milk too and add coconut sugar and honey, non diabetics can use it  but diabetics fruits are also restricted so made it like this also do not use the syrupy dates packets as they put lot of sugar into it
