Lady finger- Part2- Update
Yesterday people praised me saying that its nice way of expressing your love for food by writing a blog……Yesterday Kanika in my office asked me have you any time tried making Besan (Bengal gram powder) combination with Lady finger, for me i have never on my own tried it but tasted it once. My Punjabi friend Priyanka’s mom makes it quite often…..for Basen wale bhindhi, You have to first roast little of Besan in pan without any oil, For Bhindi you have to cut them into two equal pieces, Now after basic material is ready then take oil in pan and then add some cumin seeds (Jeera), Asafoetida (Hing) and then add Besan (Bengal gram powder), Garam masala powder (Mix of many spices including clove buds, cinnamon), little dhaniya powder if u like to put and then put bhindhi (Lady finger pieces), salt accordingly then fry it in sim till bhindi is soft…….Tomorrow one more Sindhi Bhindi recipe as suggested by Divya my co worker in office
