Aloo Gobi in curd base.


Yesterday I came back after short visit to Dev bhoomi; I had fun time there and enjoyed every moment of it. People in pahadi region have lot of sabzi's in curd base so today after coming home I tried making Aloo- Gobi in curd base. Cut Aloo and Gobi the way you do it for normal Sabzi, first take one and half tea spoon of refined oil in pan then add little of mustard and cumin seeds and then pinch of asafoetida , after mustard seeds have fluttered then put Aloo and Gobi, turmeric powder, lal mirch powder and salt to taste, stir it in between till Aloo and Gobi half cooked then add one tea spoon of tomato puree and cook it in sim for 5 mins and then add one table spoon of curd and mix it, heat it in sim for 5 mins......then for garnishing you may put little freshly cut dhaniya :)
