Saboo Danaa Khichdii........
Every month especially on 2nd or 3rd Fridays I love preparing Saboo dana Khichdiii, now after practice I have become some what expert in making it, for this you have to take saboo dana, add water sufficient enough to soak over all saboo Dana taken and keep it overnight. After words in morning take peanuts sufficient quantity and just roast them in kadhai and then take them in separate plate, remove the outer covering and grind them in mixie, later mix the peanut powder with saboo dana and keep it aside. Later in a kadhai heat some refined oil and then add little of cumin seeds, potatoes cut in form of French fries and green chillies, after potatoes are cooked then add saboo danaa mixed with peanut powder into the kadhaii and later add salt and sugar according to taste.
PS: you can also replace cumin seeds with mustard seeds and add karii leaves
