No Bake Cheese cake
I make cheese cake in oven as I like eggs in my cake, today was in veggie mode so made no bake cheese cake.
Ingredients required
Sunfeast No sugar , No maida biscuits (1 and 1/2 packet) or you can take the Britannia one
1/3 cup melted butter
200gms Greek or normal cheese cream (Should be soft kept outside for half n hour)
1/2 cup thick fresh cream
coconut sugar or sugarfree substitute according to your taste in powder form
3-4 drop of vanilla essence
Cut Strawberry (2-3 ) and kiwi (1) horizontal ways for topping
For the base:
Break each biscuit into 4 pieces and in a grinder make it into fine crumble in 30 sec, then in a pan let the butter melt and then add biscuit crumble and mix it and place it in a bottom of cake tin.
For the Mix:
In a bowl take the cream cheese and mix it with heavy cream, add vanilla essence and mix your sugar substitute accordingly, Put it over the base and tap the cake tin so that mix spreads evenly and then garnish with strawberry and kiwi slices
Keep the cake in fridge for 3-4 hours and let it firm
