Nutella coffe icecream

Summers are the best time to eat many things like mangoes, sorbet and ice creams, so yesterday thought of making ice cream, we have invitation for dinner this coming weekend in our society and we were advised not to bring any sort of gifts or flowers so i thought of making ice cream for the couple who are going to celebrate their blissful 50 years together. The ice cream came out very yummy

Ingredients required for the ice cream;
  • Dairy based whipping cream : 1 and 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 150 ml of whole fat milk 
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp of coffee powder
  • 4-5 tbs of nutella 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Strainer 
  • Electric beater 
Procedure: 

Step1:
In a pan at low to medium fire, firstly heat the milk and then add condensed milk, let it dissolve and then add powdered sugar mix it completely well and then add 1/2 tsp of coffee powder mix it well and let it cool.

Step2:
In a mixing bowl add the whipping cream, beat it till it forms soft peak, then through the strainer add the cooled down mix and add vanilla extract, beat it till you get the soft peaks and then add nutella and mix it cut and fold method, do not mix too much.

The put it in an air tight container and then tap it to remove air bubbles and then put it in freezer for 7 to 8 hours till it firms up and try to consume max within 1 month

Note: Freezer should be set at the highest temperature
