Quick No sugar coconut ladoo

For bengali's during saraswati pujo we love eating our coconut ladoo's anytime or any pujo and yesterday as we grated coconut i thought of making this quickie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup coconut diced
  • 3 Tbs of sugarfree or 1/4 th cup sugar 
  • 7 to 8 dates chopped and mixed with little sugar and water 
  • 1 Tsp of desi ghee 
  • Cardamom powder optional 

In a pan in medium to low, add desi ghee and add 1 cup of freshly grated coconut let it mix for some 2 mins and then add sugar free, mix it and let it stir for 3 to 4 mins and then add the chopped dated mix and let it mix for 2 mins and then add cardamom powder which is optional. Let it cool and roll into naru or ladoo
