Bharwa Mirchi Pickle
For preparing Mirchi Pickle
•Take medium size red chillies (5-6) no’s, slit open in the centre
•For the Mix, take 100 Gms of mustard seed and make into fine paste with 2-3 green chillies
•Add Amchoor powder one tea spoon, one tea spoon jeera powder and salt quantity sufficient.
•Fill in the powder mixture into the half slit red chillies
•In a separate pan heat around 30 ml of mustard oil and pour it from top into the half slit red chillies kept in a closed vessel.
•keep it aside for 2-3 days in shade and then u can taste you favourite pickle :)
