Chicken Sausage Curry
I love chicken sausage as in Hot dog with mustard sauce or with brown bread, but this Wednesday as no Chicken pieces were available in my freezer so thought of making Chicken Sausages Curry, for this
1. First fry 4-5 pieces of Chicken Sausages in a non stick tawa so that u can fry them in one tea spoon of oil, and cut each sausage into 3-4 pieces.
2.Take 2 medium size onion, 2-3 garlic buds, 10gms ginger, remove the cover and cut the onions into 4 parts and later grind all of them with 2-3 cinnamon pieces, 2-3 clove buds and 2-3 cardamom. Grind all into fine paste.
3. In a separate non stick kadhai put 2-3 tea spoon of oil , when oil is heated the add the grinded paste, heat it in sim for 5 minutes and then add one table spoon of tomato puree, mix all in sim for 5 minutes.
4. Then at last add the Chicken Sausages pieces and heat the curry in sim for 5 minutes.
5. Serve this Chicken Sausages curry with butter roti, onions and green chillies.
