Paneer in Hunan and Szechuan blend...........

We have been making Paneer sabji in the form of Mutter Paneer, sahi paneer, paneer bhurji, palak paneer ....so today morning I tried making Paneer in a blend of Hunan and Szechuan blend........for this

-Take 250 grams of fresh cottage cheese.
-Cut 2-3 medium size spring onions and 2-3 garlic buds cut them into small pieces.
-Take rice oil in the pan or you can replace it with refined oil (1 and half tea spoon)
-Add the garlic and then fry it with spring onions for Chinese dish you will replace the salt with Ajinomoto but I have used plain salt.
-Put the pieces of fresh paneer, mix them for 2-3 mins
-Add 2-3 teaspoon if Soya sauce and 1 teaspoon of vinegar and then stir it for 2-3 mins
-To make this dish more Indianized you can also add 1 teaspoon of tomato puree at the end and to make it more spicy add some green chillies while you were adding spring onions.

In just 10 mins you can serve it hot with fried rice :)
