Harii Saag
Hari Saag has always been a delicacy in winters in North India and in this February felt like making hari saag in my own style, I don't like sarso kaa saag as such so for this
1. Take 3/4 of palak saag and 1/4th of sarso ka saag and then thoroughly clean it and cut it and then put in pressure cooker
2. Steam it till 2 to 3 whistle, then blend it in mixie and then in a separate vessel mix 100 gms of curd and 1 spoon of besen powder with little of salt.
3. In a kadhai take 1 tea spoon of ghee and then out 2-3 pieces of green chillies and then put the blended saag mix and to this add the curd blend.
4.Heat it till 5-6 mins and then add 1 table spoon of tomato puree.
5. In Tadka pan take 1 and half tea spoon of refined oil, few pieces of fresh paneer and mustard and jeera and 2-3 pieces of red chillies.
