Chocolate n coffe instant icecream

Its scorching summer and every one loves ice cream, this is a quick recipe for people who do not have time to make from scratch. Take any ice cream mix.

Ingredients Required:

  • 250 ml of full fat milk 
  • 1 and 1/2 cup whipping cream 
  • Chocolate ice cream mix (Any from market) 
  • 1 tbs of instant coffee 
In a pan add 250 ml of milk, boil at medium to low and then add 1 tbs of instant coffee, mix it well and then add chocolate ice mix and mix it well without any lumps and boil for 2 mins and let it cool.

In a big mixing bowl take 1 and 1/2 cup of whipping cream (Use any) and beat it at sloe for 3 to 4 mins till soft peaks and then from a strainer pour the above mix and beat for 1 min and store in a airtight container in the freezer.

Tap the container before putting in freezer at highest temperature. store it for 5 to 6 hours in deep freeze and then serve it with Sunday or pour some chocolate sauce.
