Prawn cutlet Without potatoes
As Bongs we love fish of any kind, whether its small or big with bones or without it doesn't matter to us. R is very choosy so made cutlets with prawns.
Ingredients :
Dry Masala
Procedure:
In a pan at medium to low heat, add 1 and 1/2 tsp of oil and then add chopped onion, add salt to accelerate the process of cooking onion and then when it turn slight pink add ginger and garlic paste and then blend it till the smell of ginger and garlic os gine, add dry masala one by one and mix. Cut each prawns into three pieces and mix it with the mix in the pan. let it simmer for 2 to 3 mins, add juice of lime and mix. break the brown bread pieces over the mix and the grind for 10 to 15 sec in mixie.
Make 6 to 7 patties and coat them with bread cums and shallow fry in pan with 1 and 1/2 tsp of oil.
PS: Not a deep fried cutlet and you will taste the chunks of prawns while eating.

- 7 to 8 big size frozen prawns
- 2-3 medium size onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 brown breads
- Bread cums for coating
- 2-3 tbs of oil
Dry Masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp each red chilly powder & roasted jeera powder
- Pinch of haldi and garam masala
- Salt to taste
