Breakfast Log: Cheese Omelet: Quicke Breakfast

R loves cheese in any form but he never confesses, when ever we will go for grocery haul he would at least once go to the dairy section and would tell me if you want to buy see what u need in grocery but you know i don't like cheese much :)...

This is my elder brother's recipe which i don't know if i have tweeked a little, he usually uses two eggs i guess for this i have used the following ingredient

  • 1 whole egg and one egg white of another egg 
  • Pepper and salt according to taste 
  • Processed cheese slice any variant you can use
  • 1/2 tsp of oil (Sunflower or any other variant) 


In a pan in medium to low heat brush oil or put just 1/2 tsp of oil, spread it evenly , separately break egg and beat it, pour it over the pan in a uniform way add crushed pepper and salt according to taste, when it starts cooking from whitish to yellow tinch, then put the cheese slice in the center and then close it from all two sides slide, flip it over and then after 1 min close the gas. 

PS: Add less salt as in India cheese slices already have salt. Serve it with toasted brown bread, also you can sprinkle mixed herb, also i made it once in 5 year and wont recommend to make it more then once a month :)
