Sugar free Banana Chocolate Muffins in airfryer
I usually get raw banana's for kofta's and golgappa or puchka or panipuri masala or cutlets but this time in some days i had three ripe banana's so in my cook mind i got an idea of making bread, cake but sometime back i got little big muffin cups from store so thought of making Banana muffin and as R likes Chocolates so made banana chocolate muffin....
Ingredients required:
Procedure:
In a mixing bowl add the two ripe banana's and add molten butter and with a fork smash it, i like chunks so did not make a smooth paste. then add egg, sugar free and vanilla essence, mix them gently, don't mix it fast and then add the strained self raising flour, mix it well and then if you think the batter is dry then add 1-2 tbs of milk (at room temperature) for the required consistency and then add the cut chocolate pieces and fold them in the batter. Also garnish some chocolate pieces at top. Bake it in oven at 177*c for 20 mins till the tooth pick comes out clean
PS: Never fill the muffin cup more than half

- 1/8 cup molten butter (Salted)
- 70 gms of sugar free chocolate bar (Cut them into small pieces)
- 1 to 2 tsp of Sugar free powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 small egg
- 3/4 cup self raising flour
