Diet Tokri chaat....

I stayed in Delhi NCR for more than 7 years for job purpose and i loved that way chaats that were made, in winters there was a different flare and in summers it was different, till now when ever i get the chance to visit Delhi even for 1 day hop also, i do not miss natraj chaat in chandni chowk........

Later i shall post my pani puri version which is similar to what you get in kolkata , as i feel that kolkata has best of the pani puri, golgappe or puchka in india and in terms of pani puri water i would say UP has the best versions, where in it taste differs from different places and also the most variety of pani puri water at least 5 version at one go we had in udaipur.....For the recipe mentioned i used white peas, chola which is used with boiled potato for pani puri stuffing in UP, Bihar and WB.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of boiled white pea or chola
1 small size onion and tomato chopped finely into small pieces
1 green chilly thinly cut
1/2 cup curd beaten and sweetened with 1/2 tsp of Sugarfree
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp of coriander and mint chutney
Tamarind chutney from top (I didn't use it)
Rocksalt as per taste
Chilly flakes as per you need
Nylon sev to sprinkle from top (I added more as both R and myself love it)
Small katori packet (Store bought)

Procedure:
In a katori medium size, add beaten curd, then add the chopped onion, tomato, chilly and boiled white peas, chaat masala, chilly flakes and mix them and then add crushed rock salt at the end and mix it then transfer little to small chaat katori and then add little of mint chutney and tamarind chutney, then sprinkle nylon sev and serve as starter.

PS: Avoid Potato and if you want to use add sweet potato as its in season now, also chop green, red and yellow bell pepper
