Thin crust Pizza
I have earlier posted making thin crust pizza with eggs so this time made it in the usual way we make the regular pizza, so this time i made it like that. I baked my pizza's in the air fryer and they came out crunch and frankly i like my onions to be slightly more roasted so made it that way and the bite of juicy tomatoes melting in your mouth. let my imagination here.
Ingredients for the Pizza base:
Procedure:
Take a bowl add 1/4 cup of luke warm water, add sugar and skimmed milk powder. mix it well and then add dry yeast and then keep it aside for 10 mins at a cool place and after 10 mins take when it starts forming bubbles add flour and required amount of salt and mix water till you get a medium soft dough consistency, and then add olive oil at all the sides, keep it aside and rest for 2 to 3 hours till it doubles in size, i usually keep it over night and then use it next day. Store in fridge not the freezer.
I use the dough to make thin crust pizza and bytes
For the topping:
Roll out the thin crust dough, put the pizza sauces and then onion, capsicum, tomatoes and jalapenos salami and then add pizza chhese and bake it at 180*c for 6 to 7 mins max in airfryer and before hand preheat the airfryer.
