Diet Gulabjamun & Rabri.....

I love gulabjamun as such or hot gulabjamun sizzling in bed of cold vanilla ice cream and when your gulabjamun shapes go bad then the best way is to serve them with rabri.....

For the syrup preparation: I tool 250 ml of water in a pan, added 1 tsp of rose water, 1/2 tsp cardomom powder and 1tsp corn starch, 4 tbs of sugar free powder. keep it aside

For the Gulab jamun preparation i used instant gulabjamun packet from govardhan and mixed the mix with milk and fried in vegetable oil mixed with ghee and then poured into the syrup solution, after cooling it kept it in fridge
